I really like the geometric silhouettes in this collection- especially the clash of fabrics and competing layers. The color and organic textures seem effortless and spot on, a relaxed but ladylike 50's vibe

There are few things I enjoy more than little luxuries at little cost. I stumbled upon the instructions for this gem a while ago, doing a CRTL+S for a later date. Seeing as I've always admired G&B's (funkyyetclassic) hardware inspired jewelry I couldn't resist conjuring my own piece. 1/2 hour and 2 sore thumbs later...

Summmer shades in loud hues feel fresh compared to the favorable, meek colors I reserve for the other three seasons. 2011's hothotheat brings too many brights, maybe more than I'm comfortable with. BUT im excited to use them sparingly. 

Shout out to the Revlon lipstick who followed me out of the drugstore and hitched a ride to my interview- powerful and confident. Heyhi, thanks for the job, Red.

Like a kiddo with a crayon box and a canvas wall, (ill received but not ill intended) it's the pretty things and the daydreaming that can get us in trouble... At school. With our bank accounts. With our boyfriends OR boy inexistent. These things keep it 
c o l o r f u l- I'm just taking time to figure out my color scheme.
